- In software development, designing software is really needed to make software with good quality. The Concept of programming was moved into object oriented programming that make programming more easier, reusable, and maintainable. There should be a new method for measuring the quality of object oriented software design. The journal discuss how to make software to measure quality of an object oriented software design, using method called Matrics Object Oriented Design (MOOD). MOOD refers to a basic structural mechanism of the object-oriented paradigm as encapsulation (MHF, AHF), inheritance (MIF, AIF), polymorphism (POF), and message passing (COF), so developer can measure quality of an object oriented software design.
