- Football is one of the most favorite sport for many people around the world especially for men. In Indonesia, there are many leagues that controlled by PSSI as the head of football organization in Indonesia. PSSI formed in 1930 and joined FIFA in 1952 and then in 1954 joined AFC. In the early 2012, many problems happened. The performance of Indonesia national team can be said as the worst in the history. Besides, the conflicts also happened in the organization of Arema, resulted in the disunity of the team. It splitted in two; Arema Malang that compete in the IPL and Arema Indonesia in ISL. Because of this conflict, many supporters of Arema feels annoyed and “sick”. The purpose of this study is to get the information about the conflict that happened in Arema Indonesia and also the reaction of the supporters. The method that is used in this study is descriptive qualitative that take the subject of the study of Aremania in Sumbersari consist of six people. The technique that is used to collect the data is by observation, interview, and documentacy. The analysis technique that is used is data reduction, presentation of the data, then finally making a conclusion. The theory that used is the theory of Conflict. The result of the study shows that many supporters of Aremania confused about what had`happened in the organization. They also feel dissapointed about the politics that happened behind this issue that is controlled by the one who has power and personal intention. Because of this conflict, there are also many effects, including the positive and negative sides. One of the these is that may supporters insulted one another because they also splitted in two groups; the one that is support the Arema ISL and the one that support Arema IPL.
