- The development of the information world is increasingly rapidly lead to the need within the higher the data transfer. This research aims to make an application to determine the QoS (Quality of Service) that occur on the network. Web Applications Quality of Services of this analysis will be applied on the web Muhamadiyah University of Malang (UMM) which can be used by a user to determine the performance of existing networks at UMM. Users can expect a good time to use and access the network for something that requires a large bandwidth such as voice communications (like VoIP or IP Telephony) as well as streaming video. This application can display the data throughput and latency in accordance with the date and the month which is written by the user. These data as a reference to the user in predicting the data communication so as to avoid the busy times so that the higher the delay. So that the communication process can be conducted smoothly.
