- Development of Information Technology has influenced all aspects of life. Use of technology by some companies aim to increase employee efficiency. Because the working efficiency to support the success of a company. Muhammadiyah University of Malang has been using information technology in almost all fields, but the vehicle parking system still uses a manual system, namely by recording license plate number. Parking attendants still collect parking money to students entering the parking area. In addressing the problem required a new system to improve the system used today. The design of this application program includes several modules, such as student parking applications, student data collection, filling the balance of parking. In the student parking application, applied to the use QR-Code on a sticker on the stick in student vehicles, so that when entering the parking area, QR-Code reading of embedded applications on mobile will check the data from QR-Code vehicle and automatically reduce the balance of the vehicle owner. Making these applications using Java and MySQL as the database. Results from the making of this application is the student vehicle parking system with medium QR-Code and automating the calculation of the parking payment process. The system will run in client server, where server is the place where all data is processed into an information that can be used by the client in this case using mobile facilities.
