- Security monitoring as CCTV is still to be done with traditional or manual method, it will make monitoring process does not work extra or maximum. Clerk or employee who in charge of security while they are exhausted and fall to sleep, it will be one of lack CCTV. along with technology developing that progressively quick, author tries to make security control system that can do action while occur suspected moving or motion without need to mark sense supervisor. This security control system is created with java technology and image processing method. The Advantages of using image processing is accuracy. meanwhile, disadvantages is in in term consequent speed of use processing which more complex. Creating this system in bind with how user can take picture which is recorded by camera and take process of it. Then, undertaken by giving instruction to alarm, record video, and grab or cache picture while there is suspected moving or motion. these instruction hopefully can make security process in some place will be better so unpredictable things could be avoided.
