- VoIP technology is a breakthrough in the field of communication that carries IP technology for transmission media. Things that support the development of VoIP technology is increasingly VoIP protocols including IAX. IAX is open source protocol that is issued by the Asterisk PBX server that is used as the digium. In this case conducted research in the form of implementation of wireless-based voice conferencing using IAX protocol is implemented on MAN 1 Malang to measure Quality of Service standards. Measurement of Quality of Service here aims to demonstrate the ability of a network to provide better service to service passing traffic.
