- Technology exists to provide easiness of a problem faced by the community. One technology that is widely used and very popular today is the technology of mobile phone features. However the development of mobile phone technology is also in line with the development of internet. Because, the dissemination of information has been widely used as sales information, services, and even information about education through a network connected with the mobile internet. In this paper, the author has an idea to make the try out UAN (National Exam) application, which can be accessed via mobile phone by using J2ME (Java2 Micro Edition). so that the tutorial system will be easier and more efficient for high school students to find out try out UAN (National Exam) problems or questions. Addition, this application facilitate the supervisor to monitor all students, and it can be used as a reference for reporting and coaching materials. With the result of try-out application concept, students can prepare their National Exam by practicing exam questions anywhere. Students can also find out how much of their ability in mastering a subject material, and finally it can assist teachers / mentors in improving the quality of National Exam more effectively
