- Social solidarity is the power of the internal unity of the group and is a state of the relationship between individuals or groups that are based on moral feelings and beliefs which held together and reinforced with an emotional experience. Most business groups established in Turirejo village that can not stand for long or walk to suit the desired group due to factors that are less social solidarity among the group members to one another, because these factors greatly affect the running performance and collaboration between members. KUBE is one of the independent business group formed by the social agents and citizens of the Turirejo village which engaged in the cultivation of oyster mushroom. The problem in the establishment solidarity of Joint Business Group, the study is how social solidarity of Turirejo Independent Business Group, and the factor solidarity of Turirejo Independent Business Group on Rural Independent Turirejo, District Lawang, Malang Regency. This research is descriptive qualitative approach which is the subject of research in the village of oyster the mushroom growers Turirejo District Lawang, Malang Regency. Numbers of the research subjects are 10 people. The data collection techniques in this study are by interview, observation, and documentation. This study uses data analysis techniques interactive model Miles and Habermas which has four grooves activities going on such as: data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion, an analysis using the description and analysis of the study of social solidarity. The theory that used to analysis this problem is using the theory of Talcott Parsons Actions. Based on the result of the study, obtained a conclusion that the process of formation of busness groups Turirejo Mandiri came from one the citizens who are success in oyster mushroom farming, mushroom farming citizens desire learn oyster, social assistance agencies and assist residents in making the proposal, approval of funding by the District Social Services Malang, until the final formation of business groups Turirejo Mandiri. The forms of social solidarity joint venture are consisting of Turirejo village economic and social fields. Factors in the formation of social solidarity Turirejo village are influenced by three factors: kinship factors, geographical factors (residence) and the final factor is the strength of social ties among oyster mushroom farmers.
