- Action of measure and empathy becomes way of Gallery of Alang-alang in powered child of road. Elimination to and handles number of child of roads, is not work which easy. Just social and economic approach insufficient, but needs to pay attention to culture growing like street musician, trades asongan, behavior not normative. One of its ways by doing education of music art. Problem of this research is how Gallery of Alang-alang strategy in powered child of road through education of music art and any kind of benefit from Gallery of Alang-alang strategy in powered child of road through education of music art. This research applies qualitative descriptive method with setting in Gallery of Alang-alang Wonokromo, Surabaya. As research subject is selected 15. Data collecting is done with observation technique, interview, and documentation. Data processing technique applies qualitative descriptive analysis. Result of research shows three strategies Gallery of Alang-alang in powered child of road through education of music art, namely does socialization of value (ethics, esthetics, norm and religion), study is having artistry by the way of practitioner-patois and applies affection system (family) to child of road. Does socialization of value (ethics, esthetics, norm and religion) identified by applying ethics method, esthetics, norm and religion in every study. While study is having artistry by the way of practitioner-patois identified basically entangling directly to child of road in study communications. As for applying of affection system the same as in family, result of study also shows strategy Gallery of Alang-alang in powered child of road, one of the examples is empowerment at music art area. Where solvent as media changes values and patterned thinking, adds knowledge and skill is having artistry, achievement and strengthens itself trust, social status child of road increases and adds earnings of family economics child of road. Data which has been obtained then is analyzed by using the action system theory from Talcott Parson to analyses actor strategy in reaching purpose of by using the action theory in the form of determination of equipment (education of music art), and the equipment to reach purpose of namely empowerment to road children.
