- The Growth of telecommunications world technology specially an area phone very rapidly grow. Attendance of computer network technology in the reality also can keep abreast of telephone world which is realized in Voice Internet Protocol over (Voip). Attendance of Voip can attend telephone technology which do not fail from technology phone old ones with expense of much more cheap. Voip supported by a protocol of H.323 and of server the socalled Gatekeeper. Gatekeeper can be woke up by using a Laptop and of software controller of protocol of H.323 so called GNUGK. This Software is distributed by under license of GNU and can control delivery of package voice in computer network To facilitate an administrator in control to gatekeeper designed by easy and reliable management. A control system of gatekeeper base on web designed to facilitate a administrator to control, configuration, and monitoring of Gatekeeper. This System adopt remote access which accessed by using protocol of HTTP and only using browser, so that facilitate to access from anywhere someone of administrator owning connection to internet. It's appearance which in the form of graph can facilitate a administrator in configuration repeat Gatekeeper.
