- Mobile tutorial development aims to create autonomous, low cost and widely distributed learning to provide society opportunities to get cheap learning. This mobile tutorial design is using UML and its development process is using modified waterfall method, the design and development systems are adapted to the user's need. The Development of this mobile tutorial is adapted to the user's need and cell-phone-using trends, referring to survey result. Thus, mobile tutorial has features interconnected with internet network and dynamic and attractive content. Mobile tutorial is expected to help the user to perform independent learning anytime and anywhere with low cost.
