- At present, most property development company in Malang East Java, do not have a system that provides a property information form and position of supporting information through the internet with a simple layout so that users can interact with the system. The situation is less effective that required a system capable of overcoming these problems, in order to overcome the existing problems and then built a web-based system with a " Information System Property Web-based GIS Malang City" where the system is built using MS4W Software, Apache Web Server, PHP Mapsript, Chameleon, PostgreSQL, Macromedia Dreamweaver 8.0 as a web editor and to design and build systems that use PHP as a programming language.
