- The world Medical growth nowadays using many computer to assist to be diagnosed and also handling and prevention a disease. This research aim to compile a expert system which used to the diagnose of Ear, Nose And Throat disease type. This Expert System work pursuant to input in the form of symptom felt by patient and yield output in the form of diagnosis early is pandemic of THT along with the solution Forward Chaining method represent one of the inference engine in a expert system. Election of this Method is to make problem describe easier of started from symptom identifying, disease till got the solution where investigation taken is the fore investigation started with one or some early fact, so that got field goal or result which have never been got previously (forward chaining). As for software used to rise of this application is PHP 5 as program language and MySQL as it is system management of database.
