- Internet has decreased between distance and time. Now, an employee was far from the office unnecessary go back to there if just take some data where stored in database office. If an employee can download some data from database office, so its possibility other people also download it. Therefore, it is made many technic in order to other people who unpermitted can't download it, changing or removing important data. VPN or Virtual Private Network become a solution for problem above. VPN has many protocol to make networking safely and privately. In this final project, writer will designing and implement VPN using L2TP protocol where working in layer 2 OSI as a encrypt and tunnel maker. It also will be combined with IP Security, a protocol which working in layer 3 OSI as a supporter encryption strength.
