Energy experts in developed countries like America, Japan and Europe agree that hydrogen is very possible to be the alternative fuel of the future. Hydrogen R & D continues to be developed with very intensive to meet the hydrogen -based energy era which is forecast to be achieved in the decade of 2050. Purpose of the design is the first designing electrolizer tools that meet the needs of the motorcycle, a second analysis on electrolizer tool. Data analysis techniques used in this study is descriptive analysis, which is intended as a means to figure measurement results and test results are presented and in deskriftifkan components are clearly and used as the base material for making design. The result of such design using stainless steel plate with a thickness of 0.3 mm, width length in 60 mm used as elektrolda.using a voltage of 12 volts, the volume of electrolyte used was 140 cc.
