  • The relationship between all parties involved or concerned over the production processes or service in a company refereed to as industrial relations. The party most concerned for the success of the company and the daily direct contact in the employer or the management and workers. Besides, the public also has an interest, either as suppliers of factors production is goods and services needs of the company, and as a society of consumers or users of the result of the company. The government also has direct and indirect interest of the company’s growth, among other as a source of tax revenue. So the industrial relations is the relationship between all the interested parties. In a narrow sense, industrial relations is defined as the relationship between management and labor or-Employees Relationship Management. Based on the above background, the formulation of the problem in this study is how the pattern of BNS tourism (Batu Night Spectacular) industrial relations to the Krajan hamlet society RT 01 RW 05, Oro-Oro Ombo village, District of Batu, Batu Town. This study aims to determine the pattern of BNS tourism (Batu Night Spectacular), Batu Town industrial relations in general and to the learn about BNS tourism patterns of industrial relations with villagers of Oro-Oro Ombo, Batu Town in particular. This study site in the Krajan hamlet RT 01 RW 05, Oro-Oro Ombo village, District of Batu, Batu Town. This study used a qualitative descriptive, subject retrieval technique using specific criteria. The technique of collecting data trough observation, interview, and documentation. As an analytical framework is supported by theoretical studies Sociology. Based on the research the pattern of BNS tourism industrial relations with other parties include: the village government and village community. Industrial relations with the Government of the village include: BNS rent land from the government Oro-Oro Ombo village area of 33.900 m2, a parking a lot in the management of tourism BNS, BNS and the Government of the Oro-Oro Ombo village agreed to manage along with their respective shares of 50%, and according to the agreement with the BNS for employment will recruit worker from the village of Oro-Oro Ombo for 60% of total labor requirements with the needs of BNS and qualify the necessary education. Relations with village society include: BNS provide employment opportunities for community Oro-Oro Ombo village, particularly in the management of parking lots or informal parking area outside the area BNS, BNS parties also provide opportunities for youth of Oro-Oro Ombo village, and BNS directly also contribute in opening a new business field for the community particularly in the field of trade. Thus the existence of industrial relations in BNS tourism is an important force for BNS because it is trough the industrial relations BNS tourism has great expectations for further developing the tourism competition.
