- Most of Indonesia is in the oceans so that the livelihood of the Indonesian population as many fishermen. Fish including perishable commodity and can be easily damaged if placed in an open space. Fishermen in Fish Auction(TPI) Blue Spring, yet uses refrigeration (cold storage) to preserve fish but uses ice cubes placed in a storage area that is already provided in the vessel. The design is intended to get the design and dimensions of the engine cool ant shaped box, as well as the power needed to know the machine. Calculation of the main components of the engine coolant, the making sketches, as well as material selection is done to achieve the design goals. This design uses a vapor compression systems used for cooling systems, of cooling load calculation can be a total of11, 004kW, refrigeration requirement of 3.442 tons of refrigeration. The main components of the refrigeration compressor with a power of7, 245kW, coefficient of 3.442 achievements. Air-cooled condenser bring about 60 pieces of each length of pipe to pipe 496mm and the number offins19 units. Used expansion valve is automatic thermostatic expansion valve. Evaporator coil evaporator is used to dry and direct expansion which has a number of pipelines with a total of 24 pieces of each length of pipe 1171mm and the number of fins 46pieces.
