- Adolescents movement started by worker class youngster is getting extended. Economical and financial crises in America producing moral degradation on political figures have triggered high unemployment and criminality levels. Movement comes from countries with capitalist false democracy policies. Capitalism in connection with territorial model assumed that every human being attempts to maximize individual profit. This research has purposed to know how punk community life-style in Malang City is and whether their activities lead to positive or negative things. This research is addressed to all residents of Malang City. The research object is punk community existed in Malang. From this research result, it is obtained the clarity of Punk community life-style includes type of their activities, the obtained results from their activities, and factors supporting and hindering Punk Community in conducting their activities. Type of research is descriptive research, to obtain data, researcher uses qualitative method that interprets and describes a condition by the facts collected through observation, interview, and documentation. Data processing and analyzing use comparative method, which means that comparing the information result both primary and secondary data. Basically, Punk community in Malang City creates life-style in the form of playing music, drunk, free-sex, fashion (i.e. shabby style), and body piercing (i.e. tattoo and pierced). While, their other profession is singing beggar, trader, and parker. The hindering factor is the number of rules, either written or spoken rules. The rules made by the apparatus and the appeal from Social Department of Malang City are often in contradiction to the rules made by Punk Community. Thus, it can be concluded that Punk Community lifestyle in Malang City is not the form of rebellion, but it is the form of youngster that will be lose from the legal regulation made by the local government. And it is unquestionable that they will not use Punk Style forever.
