- This study was conducted to determine whether the RPH has great benefits or positive impact on forest communities in terms of economic and social environment that can change people's lives around the forest especially in the area of RPH for the better. This study is expected to be used as consideration and improvements in forest management with the community and as a correction for the forestry for the next forest management. The research was conducted at RPH Pakuniran BKPH Kraksaan KPH Probolinggo especially Pakuniran Village. Source of research data can be retrieved from the information, conditions of research, observation, documentation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data collected for the study include primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained directly from the respondents and collected through interview s and direct observation in the field, while secondary data is the general state of research sites. Method to be used is simple random sampling and population. Data have been obtained will be classified, described, analyzed, interpreted as descriptive and qualitative. With the forestry community has undergone changes and improvements to the sense of awareness and sense of responsibility towards the environment. Indirectly communities have experienced an increase in income from farming activities berkeja with forestry as well as new jobs for the community. Party perhutani quite successfully with community development programs so as to provide a positive impact on the forestry besides environmental sustainability can work well with the cooperative relationships between communities and forestry. Community indirectly gain experience and knowledge of forestry to conduct additional income by making and marketing the seed directly to the public. As a means and implementer of government activities have a positive impact on the general public, especially forest communities in RPH Pakuniran.
