- Use patterns can be made based agroforestry land uses with a financial analysis of the pattern of land use activities at different levels of development of agroforestry farming community. The purpose of this study was to determine the pattern of development of agroforestry as an effort to improve productivity of forest communities, knowing the level of farm income communities and determine the factors that influence economic income communities. The approach taken is participatory rural assessment, which is a modification of the Participatory Rural Appraisal / PRA is a method that allows obtaining the active participation of all parties involved to explore the potential and the problems and the development of agro-forestry program. Sampling method used was purposive stratified random sampling, which makes strata plots required to classify the level of development of agroforestry initial level, mid level and agroforestry advanced. Analysis of the factors affecting the profit agroforestry approach with multiple regression (multiple regression). Based on the analysis of farming, the plot 93C which is the beginning of the level agroforestry species Eucalyptus sp has the percentage of canopy cover of 3,1% effective if the field crops by 96,9%. In plots 94C which is the mid-level agroforestry species Eucalyptus sp has an average percentage of canopy cover of 69,0% with a 31,0% effective for plants, whereas in agroforestry advanced with Pinus merkusii Jungh.& De Vr species have a canopy cover that reaches 87,4% and field crops though effective at 12,6%. Average profits based agroforestry intercropping of vegetables and crops in agroforestry initial rate of Rp. 6.728.928, - / year, B/C ratio (1,51) and agroforestry systems based silvopasture dairy farm agroforestry development of mid-level benefits to the farmers at Rp 27.160.650, -/year, B/C Ratio ( 1,66), whereas in agroforestry advanced Rp. 21.442.350, -/year, B/C ratio (1,65). Based on regression analysis, the share of land area, number of livestock and agroforestry development level has a significant effect on a strong indication of agroforestry profits received by farmers, whereas age, education level, and the amount of land owned by family members not affected significantly. Farmers need to increase intensification of existing land taking into account the level of development of agroforestry in order to positively impact the ecological and economic optimum for the community.
