- Portable cool box or refrigerator is a refrigerator that can be carried while traveling which serves to keep food and drinks brought it fresh. This portable cooler was first discovered by Richard C Laramy of Joliet, Illinois, United States. On February 24, 1951, new Laramy apply to the United States Patent Office, and patented on December 22, 1953. Cooling is a decision engine heat and move it to a lower temperature object. A refrigerator can not eliminate heat, but memindahakanya through coolant from the engine parts to the outside of the engine coolant. A refrigerator is a form of power tools and work with the system the compressor, condenser, evaporator and expansion valve. Cool box that is designed for a capacity of 13.5 liters, with dimensions in the box is a length of 300 mm, width 150 mm, height 300 mm, and for the outer box dimensions are length 412 mm, width 262 mm and height of 412 mm while the compressor power needed 0 , 006746042 KW, 4 m long pipe evaporator, condenser tube length of 11 m and the expansion valve used is the expansion valve thermostatically.
