  • Supply of hot water is needed by the community, both for bathing and for the antiseptic tool in hospitals and health clinics. The hot water supply requires costly due to be available at any time and usually fossil energy used to heat or electrical energy. However, by using solar water heating then this is not a problem because the water heating is done by absorbing the sun's heat by using a collector that does not require fuel costs. Here we will discuss how designing solar water heat systems with components of different sizes and should consider the insulation and solar hot water demands of society where temperatures suitable for bathing. In this review, the effect size of the systems studied and for part of the system is expected to improve the design and performance of solar water heating systems. Its working principle is the heat from the sun is received by collectors, which are included in the collector pipes filled with water. Assuming a water capacity of 20 liters, and a diameter of 3/8 inch, has a heat capacity of 4.179 kJ / kg, and solar flux was 105.48 kJ / kg, then gained 4.48 m long pipe. With a surface area of the collector pipe is 0.007477125 mÂ2 and the heat transfer that occurs in the fluid to the pipe is 0.1639 watts to heat the pipe flow velocity obtained at 0.2368 W/mÂ2.K. The time required to heat the water until the end of the pipe is obtained for 43 minutes.
