  • This experiment includes survey experiment with the title “Effects of Conflicts to Employee’s Working Productivity at Hotel University Inn UMM Malang”. The objectives of the experiment are to found out interpersonal and intrapersonal conflicts rate that exists among employees of University Inn UMM Malang. Second objective is to found out about the employee’s productivity level in University Inn UMM Malang. Third objective is to found out whether conflicts have significant effect to employee’s working productivity at University Inn UMM Malang. Fourth objective is to found out about whether interpersonal or intrapersonal conflict that has stronger effect toward employee’s working productivity at University Inn UMM Malang. In this experiment, author has made two hypotheses which are, it is assume that there is significant effect between interpersonal and intrapersonal conflict to employee’s working productivity; and it is assume that interpersonal conflict has stronger effect compare to intrapersonal conflict toward employee’s working productivity. Analysis instrument use to found out about the effect on two or more free variables (X) toward the fixed variable (Y) is by using double linear regression analysis. To determine which one of the free variable that has stronger effect toward the fixed variable is by using hypotheses test with F test and T test. While for testing the questioner it is use validity test and reliability test. Result showed that interpersonal conflict that exists among the employees of University Inn UMM Malang has included into high category and intrapersonal conflict has included into low category. This is proved by obtaining mean score for interpersonal conflict variable (X1) 125,7 which lies in high category and mean score for intrapersonal conflict variable (X2) 115 which put it into high category. In reality, it is shown by very high number of quality, quantity and punctuality from the employees of University Inn UMM Malang that could create a high working productivity, proven by the amount of mean score for working productivity variable reaching 141 which lies in high scale. The result of calculation by using double linear regression analysis has produce equation as Y=14.032 + 0.213 X1 + 0.104 X2 + e with R2 value reaching 0.701. From the T test analysis tcalculation X1 has the value of 2.504 > ttable that has the value of 2,0181; while tcalculation X2 has the value of 2.080 > ttable that has the value of 2,0181 and made an elicit explanation that it lies in H0 denial area which means that X1 variable has significant effect to working productivity (Y). Fcalculation 15.215 has derived from F test result analysis > than Ftable 4,3027 which means it also lies in H0 denial area for 1,5% significant rate and means that interpersonal conflict (X1) and intrapersonal conflict (X2) has significant effect to working productivity (Y).
