  • As it is known that the Indonesian archipelago, the wind is the energy source that is available throughout the year both land and sea. Wind is also an alternative energy source is clean and friendly environment, so the design is using wind as a source of primary energy replace fossil fuels. Design goal is to produce a design that is able to move the windmill windmill capacity 2HP water shrimp. The result of which is 6 blade design with 2m high and 580 mm diameter for the transmission system using the gear box, gear box which contains a pair of straight gear and bavel gear.
