- Steaming kettle/steaming boiler is an energy that used to convert water into steam and pressure on capacity. The design of this kettle is by survey data on small-scale cottage industry with a production capacity of 200 kg / day by using fuel wood as a source of heat or combustion. Boiler will be designed from the results of the survey are expected to maximize the production processes in the industry. Then it will be designed steam boiler with a capacity 6500 kg / h, 7 bar pressure, temperature working using fuel wood In this planning, it was concluded according to the calculation results, the kettle body size dimensions (D)on : 1500 mm, length kettle (L): 3000 mm, 300mm diameter water pipe, chimney height 5000 mm, the material ST 35-8i.
