  • Heat transfer in a medium hot air flow and plenty of water encountered in the energy conversion system components. Many in this field as part of efforts to further investigate the rate of heat transfer that occurs in the fluid. Mainly forced convection heat transfer that are applicable in many industrial world. To add information about the forced convection heat transfer in particular on the phenomenon of forced convection on the fluid in the opposite direction then in the create simulation tool that can test the phenomenon. Making these simulation tools have the concept as a test to determine the rate of heat transfer by convection in the opposite direction of flow and heat transfer keofisien know. This simulation tool has two pipelines, the tactic of iron pipe to drain the hot air, and copper pipes inside the iron pipe to drain the water. Forced air flowing in the pipes of iron generated by the hair dryer. Then cooled by water in copper pipes. To determine changes in water temperature that flows in the copper pipe on 4 points in the copper pipe in LM35 temperature sensor pair. Test results of this simulation tool is the rate of heat transfer that occurs at the first point with a distance of 1 meter from heat source for W 419.019, on the second point with a distance of 0.8 meters from the heat source for W 505.215, on the third point with a distance of 0.6 meters from the heat source at 564.411 W, and the rate of heat transfer at the point of the fourth with a distance of 0.4 meters from the heat source is 677.608 W.
