  • Mathematics, as one of the basic knowledge is one of the object in which its abstract appearance, may create a confusement for students to comprehend the material, which one of them is "numbers". The countability of numbers are not that big, but it needs a deep understanding. In this case, it will use a media in which the process of learning is one of the ways to increase the quality of learning process which leads to the increasing of the learning result from the students. This kind of research is a research which concern on the improvement of product with a learning mathematics media leaning towards the improvement according to Borg and Gall, with the improvement steps which can be done simpler by doing a product analysis which will be improved, improving the beginning product, final validation and revision, and finally doing the experiments. The subject of the research are junior high school students from State Junior High School 4 Batu. The instrument used, is a validation questionnaire media and a material, as well as the respondent's questionnaire which is analyses qualitatively. The result of the media improvement, validator material 1 is 3.784, validator material 2 is 3,469, validator media 2 is 3,93, and validator media 2 is 3,512. The result shows that the learning media is stated as valid from the side of material as well as media and is appropriate to be used for students. According to the research in students respondents, it creates an average of students percentage in the criteria showing that they are agree from the design aspect learning media of 81, usability aspect 75, and education entertainment 75. The result shows that the student's respond to the learning media is positive.
