- Globalization effect and technology development, and also economic activity that including environment and natural resources has made environmentally issue. This has made the company to account environment management factor in increasing of company performance. The main focus on this observation concern to design system and environmental performance measurement in PDAM Tulungagung. There is no integrated environmental system makes and company gets environment work measurement system in order to get score the reach of goals. To have any increase environment work in PDAM Tulungagung there will be designed by Integrated Environmental Performance Measurement System (IEPMS), and using Analytic Hierarcy Process (AHP) method giving value of Key Environmental Performance Indicator (KEPI) by software expert choice aid, then by having scoring system by Objective Matrix (OMAX) method and Traffic Light System (TLS). For survey result we get 27 KEPI has reached the target, 5 KEPI hasnÂ’t reached the target yet, 14 KEPI is difficult to reach the target and improve are needed.
