The purpose of design of tools ergonomic pliers feathers on feather insertion process in CV. Boang Shuttlecocks are Boang employees maximize existing machines rather than using the manual method which is used to hand tools pliers. This design also minimizes employees complaints in the form of old handle machines that cause blisters, numbness, bruising and sore, so as to form a new handle, employees feel more comfortable and painless. Data collection is done by taking the anthropometric data of employees hands and engine size dimensions of data that already exists. From these data it can be seen form the handle according to the size of the hands of employees and designing ploers feathers that has a better working than previous forms.
