- CV Prayogi is one of the agent in the distribution of LPG 3 kg in the city of Lamongan. In distribution CV. Prayogi experiencing difficulties in determining delivery scheduling and routes in delivery of LPG 3 kg. Base in the conditions we need a method to overcome these problems. Periodic Vehicle Routing Problem (PVRP) is expected to determine the timing and determination of product distribution routes and provide repair solutions that decrease the cost of transportation in the distribution process. In this research distribution area divided into five cluster. Determination of the delivery frequency for each cluster are expected to provide the most optimal delivery frequency. Using formulation of mathematical models with the help of Lingo software made to allocate vehicles to route traffic will be firm. At the stage of determining LPG shipping routes, method of Ant Colony System is used to obtain the optimal delivery route. From the processing of the data obtained by the minimum distance of 1.503.46 miles or a decline of 341,96 miles. While the cost savings of 9% or equivalent Rp. 643.750,- per week.
