University of Muhammadiyah Malang.&#xD; This development of learning media was one of learning media based on web by script website like html, css, and also flash media included. How was the media&#x2019;s step did and how did the media affectivity developed. The material was mathematics for VII grade in first semester; there were language compilation, numbers, triangle, and square.&#xD; Kind of development was R&amp;D (Research and Development cycle development model. There were development model : (1) needed analysis (2) designing media (3) development (4) implementation (5) evaluation. In the third development, there was validation test for the media. In implementation was try out test that held in SMPN 11 Malang. The last evaluation was validation paper, questions paper, and response questionnaire. It was analyze by descriptive qualitative.Media base on this web can be see in matematikasmp.pusku.com.&#xD; According to the validation test in the first step need revision, but in media validation and material was 37.5% and 48.15%. In the validation step II, for the media and material was &#x201C;Valid&#x201D; and &#x201C;Really valid&#x201D;. In the second step did not need revision anymore. Percentage of response questionnaire got 86.4% means &#x201C;very good&#x201D;. The effectiveness scores of media same as the validation of media and response questionnaire.
