Shuttlecocks Production produced consists of several brands, namely black and white cock pass, pass cock gray purple, red and white cock pass categorized in the industry is the type of make to stock. Problems that occur in the company is planning material requirements that are less good, stock piling warehouse, inventory costs dkeluarkan by the company is very high. The purpose of this study is to conduct planning materials to determine the amount and period of booking with MRP ( Material Requirement Planning ) and lot size is right so as to reduce storage costs and is expected to overcome the problems of warehouse stock for the production process can proceed smoothly. Optimum material requirements planning is done using the method of Material Requirement Planning ( MRP ) with lot size fixed order quantity ( FOQ ). For the calculation of planning the next 6 months will do forecasting demand / production by using the moving average method N = 6 single exponential smoothing &#x3B1; = 0,1 to 0,9 and double exponential smoothing &#x3B1; = 0,2 and &#x3B3; = 0,3 in order to obtain smallest MAPE results. Then performed to determine the manufacturing aggregation Master Production Schedule (MPS).
