- The purpose of this study was to determine: 1). Effect of packaging on consumer satisfaction, 2). Effect of flavor to customer satisfaction, 3). The effect on consumer prices, 4). Formulate a marketing strategy based on the effect of variable pricing, flavors and packaging on coffee products NTC. This study is a case study on coffee consumers NTC in Ruteng Manggarai NTT. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. The population of this research is in the area of consumer coffee NTC Manggarai Ruteng using NTC coffee products, which examined 50 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques to test hypotheses using multiple regression. The results of data analysis show that:, 1). Physical evidence in the form of variable Taste, Taste and Aroma partially significant effect on customer satisfaction 2). Variables such as Packaging Plastic Packaging, Packaging and Symbols Instant significant effect on customer satisfaction. 3). Variable price in the form of price dose 100 g, 200 g, and 500 g significant and is a variable that has the most dominant influence on customer satisfaction.
