- Objective of this study is to determine the appropriate strategy in order to improve the competitive advantage of cigarette company CV Oeloeng Sumberrejo – Bojonegoro. First, author should determine internal and external environment analysis of the company in order to found out the strengths, weaknesses, chance and threat toward the company. Result of the study is WO strategy, SO strategy, ST strategy and WT strategy in which all four is the combination of power and probability owned by the company by minimizing the weaknesses and threats. Suggestions to be considered by Cigarette Company CV Oeloeng Sumberrejo Bojonegoro so that they could improve their competitive advantage are to always analyze their environment, enhancing their promotion and doing a market survey.
