Environment is integral part of human life. Tannery industry give many benefit but also can generate environmental pollution if it do not treated properly. In PT. X, the high of sludge waste is the main problem. Focus of this research is reduce sludge waste volume that catastrophic to the environment so they have to send the sludge waste to PPLI. The method that used to increase the productivity and decrease environmental pollution is green productivity. After comparing two solution alternatives, based on net annual method decided to accept the second solution alternatives which is using sludge dryer and blower machine. It is estimated give Rp. 1.346.401.647 savings. It can increase productivity of company from 148.36% to 148.93%. By Implementing this solution alternatives, can reduce sludge waste volume up to 70% so automatically increase EPI (Environmental Performance Indicator) from 34.89 to 37.33. The increasing of EPI index show the waste of company is very safe.
