- Tunggal Jaya Company is a company engaged in the manufacture of exhaust, the company produces a variety of exhaust products. Constraints faced by the company is the frequent occurrence of excess or shortage of production. Excess production in company exhaust will result in accumulation of exhaust products items which will add to the cost of storage of goods. Conversely, if there is a shortage of production exhaust, then consumer demand will not be met. This will lead to consumers disappointed and will likely turn to other companies. In addition, the Company did not consider the production planning muffler production capacity in each work center. Of the problems above requires a plan of appropriate master production schedule to determine the amount of production taking into account the capacity of each work center. Planning application master production schedule that begins with forecasting, aggregate planning and disagregat planning that will generate a master production schedule in the validation using RCCP to determine capacity requirements. Based on an analysis using sales data in 2010 -2011, planning, master production scheduling and capacity in the proposed research can meet the demand in the months of January to June 2012.
