Sumber Jaya Elpiji experiencing difficulties in determining the frequency and routes in delivery of LPG 3 kg. 
From these conditions we need a method to overcome these problems. Determination of the frequency of using the frequency F = 1 and F = 2 are expected to provide the most optimal delivery frequency. Saving Matrix made to allocate vehicles to route traffic will be firm. At the stage of determining LPG shipping routes, method of Ant Colony System is used to obtain the optimal delivery route. 
From the processing of the data obtained by the minimum distance of 418.62 miles or a decline of 294.71 miles by the time taken was 34.23 hours or 11.89 hours decline.
