Paper Factory Basuki Rahmat BWI. Method of determining the location of the study area using purposive. Data collection of this research is the data obtained from direct observations in the field, at the start of the Event Maintenance Machinery, Machine Condition Classification, Time Average and Machinery Breakdown. Method using Markov chains is now a variable incidence analysis to predict upcoming events. By using this method are expected to be planning the proper engine maintenance. Analysis of the data in use early transition probability matrix of the machine Dryer in the company. Based on the analysis of 81 to 21 stationary policy provides the greatest value of the income status of preventive care in 2,3, and 4 (condition minor damage, moderate damage, severe damage). Earnings expectations in the first day of the largest found in the 21 stationary policy is on preventive maintenance actions / preventive conditions 2,3, and 4 (condition minor damage, moderate damage, and severe damage). Where in the condition expected revenue obtained value of Rp. 7.700.54.
