Malang Beautiful is one of the companies engaged in the manufacture of paving blocks in the city of Malang. Known PT. Beautiful unfortunate experience constraints in terms of reduction of defects in the production process in the manufacture of paving blocks. &#xD; From the condition we need a method to resolve the issue. Six Sigma through the five stages of its operation, DMAIC (Define - Measure - Analyze - Improve - Control) is expected to find the cause and provide solutions so that a decline in disability improvement of the production process. In the Define phase using FMEA to set goals, use the Analyze phase of Fault Tree to find the root causes Analyze, Improve phase using the Cause and Affect Matrix to provide advice on improvements, making the Control phase of the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). &#xD; Percentage obtained from the data processing after the Six Sigma defect 3.69% or a decrease of 2.95%, for the value of Six Sigma DPMO 9300 or a decline of 7300 possible, for the Sigma level increased by 3.853 or 0.213, for the standard deviation of the number of disablement a decline of 43.8 or 14.08.
