This purpose has to determine: (1) Describe the application of cooperative learning TGT (Teams Games Tournaments) to improve learning outcomes using the multiplication material about the card in the fourth grade N Merjosari III Malang. (2) Describe the student learning outcomes in the application of cooperative learning TGT (Teams Games Tournaments) on multiplication material using the card in about fourth grade N Merjosari III Malang This study uses qualitative research and the type of research is action research. As a source of data, selected fourth grade elementary school students Merjosari III school year 2012/2013, amounting to 32 students. The writing is done in October 2012 in two phases, namely a preliminary stage and the action stages. Stage acts done in two cycles consisting of 4 meetings. From the research conducted can be categorized as good, it can be shown by the percentage of all teachers and enforceability of student activities at each cycle has increased and can improve student learning outcomes. This is evident from the results of the final test conducted by students at the end of each cycle for the better and have increased. From the results of the use of learning research has met the criteria.
