- CV. Kreatif Gana Putra is one of the companies that manufacture malangan shirts, The Unique Shirt Arek Malang or the commonly so-called KUNAM. Because to the attributes and prioritize the most important: the consumer is different so the company has not identified exactly what the consumers want and need, this affects the amount of product sales decreased by 10% -15% every month, this causes a decrease in the value of competing products on products other shirts malangan. So the need for identification of the desired attributes by customers that characterizes the city poor as desired by consumers. With the implementation of procedures that exist in this study is expected to find the causes and appropriate solutions to improve quality, which is expected to meet consumer expectations so as to increase product sales by using analysis of Quality Function Deployment (QFD). Stages of the study include: the first is the Customer Needs through the voice of customer, then the next step is the establishment of House of Quality (HOQ), which includes the Planning Matrix to know the degree of interest, the ratio of repair, sales point and normalization weights, Technical Response, Relationship Matrix and Technical Matrix. From the research priorities based on the attributes of consumers rating the percentage of Normalized Raw Motif Typical Weight Malang an (11.61%). While the technique is considered the highest priority response for improved and enhanced to meet customer satisfaction Unique Shirt with design Arek Malang that is the hallmark of urban poor, such as natural and cultural characteristics.
