This research to be: 1) To know about implementation student worksheet with contextual approach to content kubus and balok in SMP Negeri 1 Ngoro. 2) to know the results of the development of student Worksheet with Contextual Approach to Content kubus and balok in SMP Negeri 1 Ngoro. This research used a qualitative approach and the kind of research is the development of research. As a source of data, the validator that two professors of mathematics Universtas Muhammadiyah Malang and two math teachers SMP Negeri 1 Ngoro. And than students VIII-C of SMP Negeri 1 ngoro school year 2012-2013, which has 21 students. This research do in March 2013 - April 2013. From the research that has been analyzed shows that the results of the validation LKS from validators is 4.2 which include category very valid. After the student worksheet stated very valid, then the student worksheet tested to student class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Ngoro. Result of the experiments showed completeness of worksheets 1 is 85%, while in the worksheet 2 is decreased 72%. Students are given a positive response to the development of student worksheets for students display of student worksheet with contextual approach interesting, motivated to learn and make the students able to conclusions after doing worksheets.
