- This Research in doing juny 2010, to collect damage data and data of expense from component Bottom Roll at machine Ring Spinning. Intention of this research to obtain get time interval treatment of exact at machine of Ring Spinning, lessening the expense of treatment and repair of machine and also improve reliability at machine of Ring Spinning. With applying of model age replacement, determination of international replacement which proposed applicable at company utilize to degrade the expense of replacement of component. With this model have in determining international anti to component of Bottom Roll that is 50 day with machine reliability storey; level equal to 0,71 so that in a period of year 2007 - 2009 there are cost-saving equal to Rp 14.509.672 with C(Tp) old Rp 27.976.072 and C(Tp) new of Rp 13.466.400.
