This research to explanations activity, completeness of study, and students response at mathematic lesson by strategy of PQ4R in class VIII A MTs. Al-Miftah Sumberbaru Jember the subject materi faktorisasi suku aljabar. Approach at this research is quantitative and kind of the research is descriptive. The instrument that used at this research are sheets of observation, questions of test, and questionnaires. Based on the result of research indicate that students of activity if averaged from the first meeting until the last meeting at mathematics lesson by strategy PQ4R reach of 69,40%. For completeness of study students as classical by strategy PQ4R reach of 75%. While students response about the lesson by strategy PQ4R at mathematics lesson reach of 90,7%, also can concluded that the lesson by strategy PQ4R find the positive of response.
