- Learning management capabilities or now called pedagogic competence must be owned by all teachers or prospective teachers in carrying out their duties so that the learning process can be carried out effectively and efficiently in achieve the expected results This research have purpose to known the competence level of mathematics teachers at SMP Muhammadiyah 04 Malang and SMP Muhammadiyah 06 Dau the terms of the Regulation of National Minister Education of the Republic Indonesia Number 16 Year 2007 about Academic Qualification Standards and Teacher Competency. Type of research is descriptive quantitative. Research subject is mathematics teacher at SMP Muhammadiyah 04 Malang and SMP Muhammadiyah 06 Dau. The data was collected using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire consisting of 37 pedagogical aspects and interviews with mathematics teachers. The results of research that pedagogical mathematics teacher at SMP Muhammadiyah and SMP Muhammadiyah 06 Dau earned an average 3.66. This results of research show that the pedagogical mathematics teacher at SMP Muhammadiyah 04 Malang and SMP Muhammadiyah 06 Dau is good. But there are some competencies that must be deepened and in order to develop again so mathematics teacher at SMP Muhammadiyah 04 Malang and SMP Muhammadiyah 06 Dau really competent in their fields.
