- This Research in doing Agustus 2010, to collect damage data and data of expense from component Plat Doffer Master at machine Carding. Intention of this research to obtain; get time interval treatment of exact at machine of Carding, lessening the expense of treatment and repair of machine and also improve reliability at machine of Carding. With applying of model age replacement, determination of international replacement which proposed applicable at company utilize to degrade the expense of replacement of component. With this model have in determining international anti to component of Plat Doffer Master that is 103 day with machine reliability storey; level equal to 0,71 so that in a period of year 2002 - 2007 there are cost-saving equal to Rp. 19.658.626,16,- with C(Tp) old Rp. 35.275.358,16,- and C(Tp) new of Rp 15.616.732,-
