This imbalance will result in the production path of wasted time (waiting, idle) on a few workstations and a high level of activity in several other workstations. The allocation of production resources (labor, machinery, equipment) that is not quite right, be cause an imbalance in the production trajectory. This is what is being experienced by PT. PANCAMITRA ICHIGOJAYA.&#xD; PT. ICHIGOJAYA PANCAMITRA This is a factory which manufactures clothing, particularly baby package (clothes, diapers and pants). To overcome the problems being faced by PT. PANCAMITRA ICHIGOJAYA planning is done re-allocation of existing production resources. In planning the balance of this trajectory will be used redesigning production lines to the simulation software ARENA.&#xD; Of all the proposals made by the simulation software ARENA, the proposed V which provides the best solution from the other proposals.
