The teacher in choosing the approach and the learning method deeply determines for increasing the creativity of student in learning and the success of a study. Student will more understand about the material of studying if the student are facilitated with the suitable approach. One of the learning method to increase the creativity and success of the student is using snowball throwing method. Snowball throwing trains the student ready in learning process and gives knowledge each other. This research intent to increase the creativity of student in 7th grade of junior high school-Nurul Istiqomah –kalidilem using snowball throwing. The method of getting the data is using the divergent ability test, and the final test. The result of the research shows the increasiation of the student creativity. On essays first student creativity solve to process answer / working out steps less correct and essays both of student solve to process answer / correct working out steps and detailed. The completion of the studying produces 14 student complete and 3 not. Or in procentation 82,35% complete and 17,65% not complete. The facts showed the method of snowball throwing is able to increase the creativity of student learning on the mathematics subject.
