Electronics Nuclear engineering</subject><description>The monitor wind speed, wind direction and precipitation using the SMS gateway at paragliding area can help monitor the condition of the surrounding area without having to go paragliding paragliding ke area because monitoring can be done by the sportsman, user by sending SMS to a GSM-based monitoring tool that SMS gateway then the tool is done scanning the surrounding area paragliding conditions and send the results of scanning the mobile number sportsman, user. Based on the test results show that the system has been created to work with the error average of 0% for the wind direction sensor error and average 5.92% for wind speed sensor. Wind speed measurements performed for 5 seconds do 5 times so the total time is 25 seconds, top speed is taken speeds of 5 times the penggukuran. Penggukuran rainfall carried 1 time for 186 seconds. Wind direction measurements performed 1 time for 25 seconds, wind direction taken is the longest wind direction designated by the wind vane.
