- Failure detection system on the conveyor simulator machine using a PLC. In the PLC status or working conditions are used to control machines in its memory. Making it possible to be processed as a conveyor of information failure in the engine. During the development of IT technology can be used for monitoring, one using sms gateway. This system will work if there is a failure on the working conveyor machine. By using to serial via sms gateway, later if there is a failure on the working conveyor machine, modem microcontroller to read and send SMS to a technician. The trial results of this system is that there are 8 types of failure conditions of work in the conveyor machine. Of 8 kinds of failures such work some of which is on the Motor Conveyor System Error 1 When stopped suddenly, System Error on Photo Switch 1, Switch System Error in Photo 2, Photo System Error on Switch 3, Switch System Error in Photo 4, System Error on Photo Switch 5, System Error on Conveyor 1. From 8 such failures at the same time will send a message via SMS to a technician part somewhere industry.
